Sau 18 tháng thí điểm (từ 3/2016), chương trình CES tiếp tục được áp dụng và đến lúc này mở rộng ra 55 trường thuộc diện CES (xin visa không chứng minh tài chính).

Yêu cầu hồ sơ Visa:

Hết lớp 12 tại VN, điểm trung bình: 6.0 trở lên.
IELTS: 5.0 (không kỹ năng nào dưới: 4.5)
Khám sức khoẻ trước ít nhất 1 tuần khi xin Visa
Có lý lịch tư pháp số 2
Nộp hết học phí năm đầu cho trường (từ 15.000$ca – 18.000$ca/năm tuỳ trường và ngành học)
Nộp trước 10.000$Ca phí sinh hoạt cho ngân hàng Scotiabank tại Canada.
